Returns and refunds:
1.When you make a successful payment, the code will be sent to your email address immediately.Due to the special properties of game code and gift card code(when the code exposed to you, it will be hard to resell the code),So no return or refund of any kind.
2.As for game and game card codes once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind.
3.If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.
4.If you received an incorrect product, a refund/replace is possible.
5.No refund or replacement can be given once the Key (code) has been activated.
6.Refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a game, failure to meet the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer or lack of enjoyment while playing the game.
7.Please carefully check the item name when purchasing, and confirm that it is the item you want to buy. If you have purchased the wrong item for your personal reasons, we cannot refund the item.
